- Automatic tea infuser: The tea strainer basket will automatically lower the tea when the water is ready and lift when the preset brew time is complete. User-Friendly: Five (5) different temperature presets for you to brew the perfect green, black, white, herbal or Oolong tea with three (3) brew strengths for mild, medium, or strong tea.
- Custom setting: You can adjust the temperature from 105°F-212°F and brew time from 30 secs to 10 minutes using the arrow buttons. Set the temp to 212°F and the timer to 0:00 to boil water without tea.
- Delayed start: Enjoy a hot cup of tea right when you wake up by long-pressing the delayed start button for 3 seconds. Ensure you have set the current time correctly, then set the start time and just press Start.
- Keep your tea warm: Nobody wants cold tea. To hold the kettle temp up to 140°F for 30 mins with British Strix Technology, just press the Keep Warm button before pressing Start on your kettle.
- Quick boil: Press hot water directly, up to 57 oz water can be boiled within 5 mins. You can stop it whenever you want. Delayed start: Set the tea program, long press the Delayed Start button, set the start time with the arrow buttons, and then press the Tea/cancel button to start the countdown. (Make sure you set the current time correctly first!).
- 30-Minute keep warm: Keep warm defaults on with the blue indicator, long press to cancel or re-activate. The tea maker will keep warm between 105°F to 140°F for up to 30 minutes after brewing.
