How to make the perfect cup

  1. Bring filtered water to a boil (212° F).
  2. Place 1 teaspoon of tea per 6 ounces of water in your favorite cup or mug or in your tea infuser.
  3. Slowly pour the water over the tea.
  4. Steep for at least 3 minutes, but no more than 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the loose tea from your cup and enjoy.
