Because of your generosity, we surpassed our required goal for the Gannett - A Community Thrives grant opportunity. Participation required that we raise a minimum of $6,000 to be eligible for additional funding. Your contributions have resulted in three important outcomes:

1. We can now be considered for a grant of $25,000.
2. We didn't just surpass our goal by a few dollars. We smashed it by raising over $17,000!
3. We have enough raised to begin drawing the blueprints and surveying the property for the new houses.

There is still more to do, but we believe we are on track to have 4 new houses available for rent-to-own by this time next year. Thank you for helping us clear this first, but critical hurdle.
